Sir James Dyson has been the biggest name in vacuum products for years, which is why it only makes sense for him to challenge the Roomba's domination of the robotic vacuum industry. Dyson isn't one to release a half-baked product though, which is why it took sixteen years to perfect a robotic vacuum.
The new Dyson 360 Eye seeks to leave the Roomba in its own unsucked up dust. It offers the powerful Dyson cyclone technology and an improved, incredible navigation system. Rather than bumping into walls before changing directions, the Dyson 360 Eye uses a 360-degree camera system that allows the device to see where it has and hasn't cleaned and where barriers will block its path.
